Semi automatic: Disc Brake Pads for passenger cars & commercial vehicles

The C – Series is a semi automatic, integrally molding disc brake pad hot pressing machine characterized by small footprint and flexible layouts. The press force per mold ranges from 34 to 100 metric tons.
Each press module fills and automatic precision levels friction and under layer materials. The operator puts the back plates on top of the moulds, starts the fully automatic press cycle and later removes the finished part.

The machines are SPS controlled. Visualization is accomplished by industrial PCs. 100% parameter control, data storage and monitoring of quality effecting process steps are major qualities of this concept
