Post cure oven – Finishing technology

The continuous horizontal curing oven is a multi lane, high impingement airflow, heating system for curing disc or drum brake parts. The oven is manually loaded with hot parts directly from the hot press to optimise the output and minimize the oven curing time.

The oven can be purchased for passenger car sized parts, heavy duty disc pads and drum brakes . The standard length oven provides for 1 hour of curing and 15 minutes of cooling. Extension modules can be added to increase curing time.

Standard ovens are natural gas fired and can be converted to propane gas or be supplied with electric heating.
